Agreement to Terms

By requesting service from Maverick Mechanical Heating and Air, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling service.

Services

We provide residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including repair, maintenance, and installation. All services are subject to availability and our service area.

Service Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled by phone to ensure accurate communication
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible
• An adult (18+) must be present during service calls

Estimates and Pricing

• We provide upfront pricing before beginning work when possible
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before the visit
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service
• We will obtain your approval before proceeding with work that exceeds the estimate

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
• Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods

Warranty

• Labor warranty: We stand behind our work. Contact us if you experience issues after service.
• Parts warranty: Parts may be covered by manufacturer warranties
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We carry liability insurance for your protection.

Service Area

We serve residential customers in our defined service area in North Georgia. Service outside this area may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
