Delete your account in the app

Open the Maverick Mechanical Heating and Air app and sign in.
iPhone: open the Account tab. Android: tap the profile icon in the top corner.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

The deletion happens right away and signs you out on every device.

Ask us to delete it instead

If you can't sign in, or you're one of our employees, email maverickmechanical.hvac@gmail.com or call (770)579-9172 from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm who you are and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in: email, password, and any linked Google or Apple account
All your signed-in sessions
Your app notification tokens and in-app notifications
Your portal account's copy of your email and phone number

What we keep, and why

Records of the work we did for you stay with Maverick Mechanical Heating and Air as business records: your customer record and service addresses, equipment, jobs and visits, estimates, invoices, payments, signatures and messages with our office. We keep these for warranty, tax and accounting purposes, for as long as the law requires or the equipment's warranty lasts.

You can also ask us to delete or de-identify information we don't need to keep, such as extra contact details or photos, without deleting your account. Contact us the same way as above.
